Commercial Terms & Software Deployment Framework
Welcome to ZamaSolution. These Terms of Service govern the access, utilization, deployment, and management of our custom applications, web-based automation panels, local server deployments, and infrastructure consultation workflows. By engaging our deployment desks, you affirm your alignment with these protocols.
1. Scope of Service & Deployment Provisions
ZamaSolution provides highly optimized, customized technical integrations across distinct institutional channels. Our deployment responsibilities are bound strictly to agreed project guidelines:
- Software Delivery: Custom programs, clinical database clients, and server-side configurations are delivered according to functional parameters verified during development.
- Infrastructure Installation: On-premise network setup, database tuning, and endpoint configuration will be executed according to specific project scopes.
- System Backups: Automated hosting parameters are set up to match the capabilities of your hosting plan.
2. Client Obligations & System Environment Prereqs
To maintain maximum performance, stability, and data protection, client facilities must satisfy the following technical conditions:
- Provide proper hardware requirements as specified for database host servers.
- Ensure localized network ports and router assignments are safely forwarded for external access.
- Maintain tight control over administrative login details and database master access keys.
- Report unexpected script bugs or connection errors immediately to prevent data gaps.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Licensing Rights
All underlying software designs, core compiled files, base database structures, script modules, and UI assets developed by ZamaSolution remain our exclusive properties. Clients receive a specific, non-transferable operational license to execute the application suite within their defined commercial framework.
"Decompiling, rewriting, or distributing primary system files belonging to ZamaSolution without signed administrative permission is strictly forbidden."
4. Continuity of Operations & System Liability
While our systems are engineered to achieve exceptional uptime and zero latency delays, ZamaSolution cannot be held liable for down periods caused by hardware breakdowns, third-party hosting drops, ISP failures, or unauthorized network breaches within client facilities. We provide troubleshooting support according to our system maintenance agreements.
5. Termination of Service Agreements
Either party may wind down service agreements should structural milestones fail to be met or terms be bypassed. Upon cancellation, all running operational licenses for unfinalized platform builds are revoked, and outstanding engineering invoices must be settled.
